design from beading to the latest Chain Maille techniques as well as Crochet/Knitting and wire work in
mixed metals.

I value your patronage and will make every effort to guarantee your satisfaction. I will repair
or try to replace any component that is faulty due to manufacturing this does not apply to
normal wear or handling. Just return it to me with a prior e-mail notice of intent.

Refunds and/or Returns are handled on an individual bases and I must be contacted by email
within 14 days of delivery, with an explanation for the Return of the item(s); it must be the
complete original order.

Returns of partial orders are not excepted. If you are genuinely unhappy with any item(s) you
have purchased, I will Refund your payment in full, upon receipt of the complete item(s).

You are responsible for the shipping charges for the returned item(s).
I am not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit and do not offer insurance.
